🔇 Quiet Hours

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please also be considerate of neighbors during the day.

🚭 Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside. Please use the outdoor area.

🐾 Pets

Not allowed.

🍽️ Kitchen

• Only put clean, dry dishes back into the cupboards.
• Use baking paper for the oven (stored above the extractor hood).
• Do not place hot pots directly on tables or countertops.
• Always use a cutting board for food prep.

🗑️ Waste

• Separate plastic (yellow bin) and residual waste.
• Glass and deposit bottles go into the provided box.
• Do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet.
• Bins are located in the courtyard. Extra bags are under the sink.

🛡️ Safety

• Close windows and doors when leaving.
• Switch off all devices when you're not home.

🧹 Cleanliness

Please clean up major messes promptly – especially in the kitchen.

🔧 Damage

• Report any damage immediately.
• Do not rearrange furniture or place wet towels on upholstered items.
• Remove street shoes indoors.

You will receive 2 keys + 1 transponder. Report loss immediately.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: from 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: by 11:00 AM

Please leave the apartment as you found it (see checklist).

💶 Deposit & Damage

In the event of major violations, damage, or heavy soiling, part of the deposit may be retained.

🔧 Right of Access

We reserve the right to enter the apartment for urgent repairs.
